PAYMENT AND INSURANCE REFERRALS
Because of the
complexity of some insurance plans, we will work with you to determine as
closely as possible what your actual cost will be so you don't overpay and
don't get any surprises. We ask that you pay co-payments and other non-covered
charges when you arrive for your appointment. Our staff will file all insurance
claims for you and will direct the insurance company to make any reimbursements
payable directly to you for services for which you have already paid. We accept
cash, check, Visa, Debit Cards, and MasterCard.
Referrals -
Referrals from your primary care physician that may be required by your
insurance company are your responsibility. We will be happy to assist you in
the process and verify that the proper paperwork has been submitted. You will
usually need to contact your primary physician at least one week prior to your
visit. Referrals are typically required for follow-up visits as well. |
